I greet you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Those who are in the Lord and those who will be with the Lord are different. Those who are in the Lord will always think of I, Me and Myself. They will think only of my prayer, my income etc, such people are outside the Lord’s calling. Those who are in the Lord’s calling will prosper this year and by the year end you will testify about that. Psalms 118:5 “I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place.” Also read, Psalms 18:19 “He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me.”
Job 36:16 says “Even so would he have removed thee out of the strait into a broad place, where there is no straitness; and that which should be set on thy table should be full of fatness.” This is the weapon the Lord has given for this year.
What is prayer? It is using the words the Lord has given us to ask from the Lord. Hence the Lord has to give an answer for His words. The Lord is bound by His words. So many years when praying, only air came from your mouths. Henceforth while praying let the Lord’s words come out with the spirit.
The Lord has taught us that after opening the Bible, reading and then praying is the spiritual life. But when you pray without the words the enemy will not fear you. Speak the words and the Lord will answer you. Your distress will be turned into a broad place. Everyday repeat to yourself that “my distress will be turned into a broad place.” Keep on repeating this and your life will prosper.
1 Kings 4:29 says “And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore.”
How much you open your heart you will prosper more in your service, in your health as well as financially also. Narrow your heart, you can pray only for your family. Open up your heart a little bit more and you will start thinking about others. If you open a little bit more, you will pray for your state. If you open up a little bit more, you will pray for your nation.
Don’t say you do not know how to pray or do not know the language. Your shoulders need not be broad, but your heart should be broad. You will forget your pain, you will forget your sorrow, you will forget your problems and you will start praying for your nation.
2 Corinthians 11:28 “Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches” Apostle Paul had problems within and well as outside adding to this travelling problems, but even in the midst of all these problems, he had a great burden for the churches.
How much more you broaden your hearts the Lord will use you this year. He will take you to many places, many doors will be opened for you and the Lord’s glory will be manifested in you.
Why is the enemy giving problems in your families? Because he does not want you to come out of Egypt. But the Lord has kept for you Canaan, a broad place. The Lord is telling you not to live the life of the Egyptians but come to Canaan. You will receive the blessing as given in Deuteronomy 8:7 & 8 “For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills; A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey.” This is the blessing kept for you all if you come to Canaan this year.
May God Bless you all.
Yours in His service,
Pastor Saroja
Praise the Lord. The workplace I have been working with since quite a long time, suddenly gave me a transfer notice. I informed this matter to Pastor Saroja and Pastor assured me of her prayers. By God’s grace my transfer got cancelled. I thank Lord Jesus for this miracle and I also thank Pastor Saroja for her fervent prayers for me through which this transfer did not materialise.

Praise the Lord. After the month of Income Tax Returns filing, when I had to receive fees from my clients, I only received fees from one client out of my total clients. I kept that tithes separately but did not give it to the Lord, hoping to give it along with the rest. However the payment for the rest got delayed and it got stuck in such an unusual way that I stopped receiving any more fees from my clients for over a month even after persistent follow ups. Finally I gave my tithes of the one client I had received to our dear Pastor Saroja; and on realising the grave mistake I had done in not giving my tithes (even if it was for one client), I later confessed to the Lord. Immediately after I gave the tithes to Pastor, in a day I started receiving my fees from my clients and even from those I wasn’t expecting. Our God is truly Almighty and His eyes are on even the smallest things we think or do. I thank and praise my Lord Jesus for teaching me a lesson and also for being merciful unto me. I also thank Pastor Saroja for always praying for me. Thank You Jesus.

Praise the Lord. I had a very serious backache, and the pain I experienced was in my lower back. It was so unbearable that I was unable to get up from my bed, and without support I was unable to even move forward a single step. I called up Pastor Saroja and told her of the matter. She assured me of her prayers and also advised me certain things which I followed. By God’s grace alone, now I am perfectly alright and also able to walk without anybody’s support. I give all glory to Lord Jesus who healed me. I alsothank Pastor Saroja for her fervent prayers and valuable advice.

Praise the Lord. I could not attend our Church Anniversary Service due to severe pain in my hand and chest. The pain was so severe that I could not even do my normal work. The following Saturday when I came to church, I told Pastor Saroja of my problem. Pastor prayed for me and advised me to come to church regularly. I started attending church regularly. I was also applying prayer oil always. I am fine now and can do all my work. I praise and thank God for healing me. I also thank Pastor Saroja for her advice and prayers. Thank You Jesus.

Praise the Lord. While riding home from work in the night on my bike, it began drizzling, and due to an oil spill on the road my bike skid out of control. By the grace of God alone, at that very moment I left the bike and the bike just continuously moved further away from me and stopped. By God’s grace there were no vehicles coming from behind where I fell. It is only the Lord who saved me from such a serious and potentially dangerous accident. I did not even get a single scratch on my body. All glory to God who is always there to protect me from every seen and unseen danger. I also thank Pastor Saroja for she always prays for me and my family.

There was a certain Professor of Religion named Dr. Christianson who tried hard but found that most of his students refused to take Christianity seriously. This year, Dr. Christianson had a special student named Steve. One day, Dr. Christianson asked Steve to stay after class so he could talk with him. “How many pushups can you do?” Steve said, “I do about 200 every night.” “200? That’s pretty good, Steve,” Dr. Christianson said. “Do you think you could do 300?” Steve replied, “I don’t know…I’ve never done 300 at a time.” “Do you think you could?” again asked Dr. Christianson. “Well, I can try,” said Steve. “Can you do 300 in sets of 10? I have a class project in mind, and I need you to do about 300 pushups in sets of ten for this to work. Can you do it? I need you to tell me you can do it,” said the professor. Steve said, “Well…I think I can…yeah, I can do it.” Dr. Christianson said, “Good! I need you to do this on Friday. Let me explain what I have in mind.”
Friday came, Dr. Christianson went to the first girl in the first row and asked, “Cynthia, do you want to have one of these donuts?” Cynthia said, “Yes.” Dr. Christianson then turned to Steve and asked, “Steve, would you do ten pushups so that Cynthia can have a donut?” “Sure.” Steve jumped down from his desk to do a quick ten and Dr. Christianson put a donut on Cynthia’s desk. Dr. Christianson then went to the next few students and accordingly Steve had to keep on doing push-ups.
Then Dr. Christianson came to Scott. Scott was on the basketball team and in as good condition as Steve. When the professor asked, “Scott do you want a donut?” Scott’s reply was, “Well, can I do my own pushups?” Dr. Christianson said, “No, Steve has to do them.” Then Scott said, “Well, I don’t want one then.” Dr. Christianson shrugged and then turned to Steve and asked, “Steve, would you do ten pushups so Scott can have a donut he doesn’t want?” With perfect obedience, Steve started to do ten pushups. Scott said, “HEY! I said I didn’t want one!” Dr. Christianson said, “Look, this is my classroom, my class, my desks, and these are my donuts. Just leave it on the desk if you don’t want it.” And he put a donut on Scott’s desk. Now by this time, Steve had begun to slow down a little as he started getting tired.
By now, a growing sense of uneasiness filled the room. The students were beginning to say “No” and there were all these uneaten donuts on the desks. Steve also had to really put forth a lot of extra effort to get these pushups done for each donut.
Suddenly some students from other classes had wandered in and sat down on the steps along the radiators that ran down the sides of the room. When the professor realized this, he did a quick count and saw that now there were 34 students in the room. He started to worry if Steve would be able to make it. Dr. Christianson went on to the next person and the next and the next. Near the end of that row, Steve was really having a rough time. He was taking a lot more time to complete each set.
A few moments later, Jason, a recent transfer student, came to the room and was about to come in when all the students yelled in one voice, “NO! Don’t come in! Stay out!” Jason didn’t know what was going on. Steve picked up his head and said, “No, let him come.” Professor Christianson said, “You realize that if Jason comes in you will have to do ten pushups for him?” Steve said, “Yes, let him come in. Give him a donut.” Dr. Christianson said, “Okay, Steve, I’ll let you get Jason’s out of the way right now. Jason, do you want a donut?” Jason, new to the room hardly knew what was going on. “Yes,” he said, “give me a donut.” “Steve, will you do ten pushups so that Jason can have a donut?” Steve did ten pushups very slowly and with great effort. Jason, bewildered, was handed a donut and sat down. Steve’s arms were now shaking with each pushup in a struggle to lift himself against the force of gravity. There was not a dry eye in the room.
Then Dr. Christianson turned to the last girl, Susan. “Susan, do you want a donut?” Susan, with tears flowing down her face, began to cry. “Dr. Christianson, why can’t I help him?”
Dr. Christianson, with tears of his own, said, “No, Steve has to do it alone. I have given him this task and he is in charge of seeing that everyone has an opportunity for a donut whether they want it or not. When I decided to have a party this last day of class, I looked at my grade book. Steve is the only student with a perfect grade. Everyone else has failed a test, skipped class, or offered me inferior work. I told Steve that none of you could come to my party unless he paid the price by doing your pushups. He and I made a deal for your sakes. Steve, would you do ten pushups so Susan can have a donut?” As Steve very slowly finished his last pushup, with the understanding that he had accomplished all that was required of him, having done 350 pushups, his arms buckled beneath him and he fell to the floor.
Dr. Christianson turned to the room and said. “And so it was, that our Savior, Jesus Christ, on the cross, pled to the Father, ‘into thy hands I commend my spirit.’ With the understanding that He had done everything that was required of Him, he yielded up His life. And like some of those in this room, many of us leave the gift on the desk, uneaten.”
Two students helped Steve up off the floor and to a seat, physically exhausted, but wearing a thin smile. “Well done, good and faithful servant,” said the professor, adding, “Not all sermons are preached in words.”
Turning to his class the professor said, “My wish is that you might understand and fully comprehend all the riches of grace and mercy that have been given to you through the sacrifice of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for us all, now and forever.
Isaiah 22:22 “And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.” For joy and peace to prevail in our homes and family, God said “I will place the Key of the house of David on your shoulder.” It is the Lord’s desire that we receive His blessings and live a fruitful and a blessed life. We read in the New Testament where the Bible says, “And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.” Now we can understand why God says the Key of David’s house is given to you, for what God shuts no one can open and what God opens no one can shut. Revelation 22:16 “I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.” David’s root is Jesus Christ, the bright and morning star. Revelation 3:7 “And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;” Jesus Christ had come from the root of David, hence God wishes to give us the Key of David’s house to us. On this earth there were thousands of righteous and holy people, but what is the reason that God loved the house of David? David desired to build a holy temple for the Lord God, hence God desires to give us the Key of David’s house. We know that where there is a holy temple, there will be praise, worship and reverence for the Lord God, and in turn God’s anointing and blessings will be upon that place. David pursued his desire to build God a holy temple. Seeing this great desire in David, God said to him “I will make you a house.” 1 Chronicles 17:25 “For thou, O my God, hast told thy servant that thou wilt build him an house: therefore thy servant hath found in his heart to pray before thee.” God says to us that He will keep the key of David’s house on our shoulder. Who is this Key? Jesus Christ is the Key. Remember, where Jesus Christ dwells, therein lies joy, peace and happiness. Isaiah 22:22 “And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.”
God sent his only son Jesus Christ on this earth for us. Jesus came into this world and did as His Father God desired. He blessed every home with peace, happiness and good health. Jesus preached “I am the light of this world, whosoever follows me will not stumble and fall.” He taught people the truth of life, but the Pharisees and Sadducees followed His movements seeking that His ministry and preaching be derailed and stopped. They wanted to put an end to the miracles that Jesus Christ performed. But Jesus did not fear anyone, and He continued His works on this earth, viz. He continued to do His Father’s will.
Jesus chose twelve disciples to work with Him and He also chose many people to work alongside to spread His ministry far and wide. His own family questioned Him, to which Jesus said “Who is my mother, who are my sisters and brothers? Those who do the will of God, those who hear the Words I preach are my mother, brothers and sisters.” Even at that time, Jesus Christ’s only aim was to accomplish the works for which His Father in heaven sent Him into this world. At the time when Jesus was arrested and put on the Cross, where He bore so much pain, sorrow and shame, the people continued to spit on his face, lash at his body and humiliate Him to the core. Even at that time, Jesus’ one thought was that He had to accomplish the job for which His Father had sent Him into this world. People thought that if He were put through suffering, at the very least at the end of His life He would deny His Father God and give up. But no, our Lord Jesus did not let this world defeat Him till the end; He bore all the pain and sorrow willingly and finally won victory over Satan’s plan. We must remember that the devil even today is working in similar ways, in the lives of those people who are called upon to carry the Cross. The devil thinks that we will become tired and give up the Lord’s service when inflicted with pain and sorrow. But remember, God has placed the Key of David’s house on our shoulder. This is the truth that chosen ones must believe in, and put their faith and trust in Jesus. There is no love in this world that can take us away from God, and this word must be firm in our hearts. Remember, the handle of the door is within us in our hearts; it is we who need to open it and also close it. Hence Jesus says “the door that I have shut no one can open and the door that I have opened no one can shut.”
In the Old Testament, we have seen that there were many believers – righteous and God fearing people. Amongst them, God chose David, an ordinary shepherd boy to rule Israel. David loved God very much and in his heart God had a special place. He honoured God in his life and put his entire faith and trust in God alone. 1 Chronicles 17:27 “Now therefore let it please thee to bless the house of thy servant, that it may be before thee for ever: for thou blessest, O LORD, and it shall be blessed for ever.” Hear we see David happily says this. The family on whose shoulder God places the Key of David’s house will be transformed and blessed, as we read in Psalm 128:2-3 “For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.” This family will prosper and be fruitful for the Lord. The vine creeper in the vineyard will always be loaded and fruitful. In order to get the Key to David’s house, we must strive to follow the ways of our Lord God. We must be obedient to the Lord God in all that we do, according to His will alone. More than sacrifice, it is obedience that God desires of us. A person sacrifices after they have sinned, where they offer a sacrifice to God. But God says “Obedience is better than Sacrifice.” When a person is disobedient, sin enters his life, and when sin enters then he offers a sacrifice to seek forgiveness from sin. God loves Obedience to Sacrifice. We must always try and fulfill what God desires in our life rather than doing what we please to do. We must always pray for God’s desire in our life. When God’s blessings are upon us, our lives will be fruitful and it will reflect in our life and our work. We must learn to share the burden of God’s work in this world by praying for the needy and sick, and by helping those who require our support. Then the Key of David’s house will be placed upon our shoulder.
It is also important for us to correct our families and set things right in the first place, rather than gossip in this world. We must remember that God is mindful of His entire creation, so we must not bother about what people of this world do and gossip about them, for God is there to take account from them. The word says that the walls will hear and inform the King, hence it is important for two believers to meet and share their burdens and help one another rather than gossiping about this world. God wants us to be comforters to one another and lift up each other, not gossip. For us to receive the Key of David’s house, we must always remember that we are not ordinary people, for we are chosen by God and given the gift of Jesus Christ. This precious and sacred Key is sent from the heavens above; this Key has carried the Cross for our sins and suffered on the Cross for six hours; and yet, on the third day this Key rose again to give us life everlasting. No one can make a duplicate key of this precious Key. In this world, when we lose our cupboard or house keys, a key maker can make a duplicate key; but Jesus Christ cannot be duplicated, as God said in Isaiah 22:22 “And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.” Jesus Christ is the only Key on heaven and earth that God has given us.
David loved God immensely. 1 Chronicles 17:1 “Now it came to pass, as David sat in his house, that David said to Nathan the prophet, Lo, I dwell in an house of cedars, but the ark of the covenant of the LORD remaineth under curtains.” David was restless for he lived in a house made of cedar while the Ark of God rested in the tents. David always desired to build a temple for God. Let us read what David says to the Israelites in 1 Chronicles 22:14-19 “Now, behold, in my trouble I have prepared for the house of the LORD an hundred thousand talents of gold, and a thousand thousand talents of silver; and of brass and iron without weight; for it is in abundance: timber also and stone have I prepared; and thou mayest add thereto. Moreover there are workmen with thee in abundance, hewers and workers of stone and timber, and all manner of cunning men for every manner of work. Of the gold, the silver, and the brass, and the iron, there is no number. Arise therefore, and be doing, and the LORD be with thee. David also commanded all the princes of Israel to help Solomon his son, saying, Is not the LORD your God with you? and hath he not given you rest on every side? for he hath given the inhabitants of the land into mine hand; and the land is subdued before the LORD, and before his people. Now set your heart and your soul to seek the LORD your God; arise therefore, and build ye the sanctuary of the LORD God, to bring the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and the holy vessels of God, into the house that is to be built to the name of the LORD.” David collected loads of things to build a Holy Temple for the Lord right from the time He was a young shepherd boy, when he was poor and had nothing much in life. Unlike many of us who think of God after meeting all our needs, David started collecting things for the making of the Holy Temple from his young days. David told the Israelites that he started collecting from his youth and though after he became a King, he lived in the fear of King Saul for a while, even then he was able to collect so much for building a Holy Temple for the Lord. He said that now it was the turn of the Israelites to do something for the Lord. In the times of David King there used to be lots of wars and destruction around.
We have read in the Scriptures how once when there was a war with the Amalekites, these plunderers robbed everything and even took away the Israelite women and children. There was a lot of loss in the kingdom at that time. When David was the King of Israel, there was a lot of bloodshed. But now God had given peace in Israel, hence David advised his son Solomon and the Israelites that they would be able to do much more and thus build a Holy Temple for the Lord; since during peaceful times it would be much easier to build the Holy Temple for the Lord. Chronicles 22:16-18 “Of the gold, the silver, and the brass, and the iron, there is no number. Arise therefore, and be doing, and the LORD be with thee. David also commanded all the princes of Israel to help Solomon his son, saying, Is not the LORD your God with you? and hath he not given you rest on every side? for he hath given the inhabitants of the land into mine hand; and the land is subdued before the LORD, and before his people.” David made the way for Solomon to build the Holy Temple. He had made all provisions for Solomon to build God a Holy Temple and also provided him with people to help and support him. Later we see that Solomon and the Israelites built the Holy Temple for the Lord. Solomon was a wise and blessed man. He loved several gentile women and married them. This was not a sin, and he still continued to receive the blessings of God; but when Solomon built them a temple to worship their gods, God forsook him for this was a sinful act and it was at that time God’s mighty hands fell upon him in wrath and anger.
Today, we are the Holy Temple and our body is a Holy Temple for the Lord, so imagine how pure and precious our body is to God. Because there was blood on David’s hands, God did not let him build His Holy Temple. We must realise how pure and holy we must keep our Temple i.e. our body which is the Temple of the Holy Ghost. Remember the song “Know you not, know you not you are the temple of the Holy Ghost.” We must remember that God made us in His own image and Jesus Christ came into this world to fulfil every desire of His Father God and to fulfil His will and plan for this world by ultimately giving Himself on the Cross for our sakes. Even today the evil one will oppress us from all sides but we must live for the Lord and strive to keep our bodies pure for the Lord, since our bodies are Holy Temples. Revelation 21:3-8 “And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” Jesus died on the Cross to deliver us and give us victory from all these wicked qualities mentioned in the Word above. The devil thought that if God were to be defeated on the Cross, he (the devil) would have dominion over us. But Jesus died on the Cross and gave us victory such that we will be able to overcome this world, even as Jesus overcame this world. Our body is a Holy Temple for the Lord, since we are redeemed by His blood. There will be praise and worship in the Holy Temple. How will there be praise in the Holy Temple? Romans 12:1 “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” God promises to be with us, all He asks us to do is to keep our bodies as a living sacrifice for His glory. From the beginning, man sinned against God and lost the Garden of Eden and thus the glory of God. Truth is truth and lies are lies. We should never hide lies, rather we must confess our lies and be redeemed of the same. Our love for mankind must never encourage us to hide lies, but correct and openly punish lies and put our children and family on the path of truth. We know that David acted as a mad man and lied before the King for the Lord’s sake. This was righteous in God’s sight. In the Scriptures we have also seen Job, who did not bother when his wife advised him to curse the Lord and die, but rather answered and said “Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.” Job stood firm for the Lord till the end, hence Lord blessed Job with a double measure. The Word says “fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”
We must surrender ourselves completely into God’s hands. We know the story of Saul before he became Apostle Paul; how he persecuted God’s people and pursued them to capture them. When God finally captured his heart on the road to Damascus and blinded him, at that time Saul asked God “What do you want of me.” God told him “Go where I take you, there it will be told to you what is to be done.” This was the beginning of wisdom in Saul’s life. We should never let our thoughts and desires of our heart rule over our lives. 1 Corinthians 3:17-23 “If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours; And ye are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s.” In the end, the Holy Trinity is one. We are responsible to all the three: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Jesus said that “You will do mightier works than me, as today you have the Holy Trinity within you.” Our deliverer is powerful, hence our blessings are also immense in life. At the same time, we will have more correction from the Lord to keep our bodies as a living sacrifice for the Lord, to keep our bodies as Holy Temples for the Lord. Ephesians 2:21 “In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:” We know when God places the Key of the House of David on our shoulder, our life will become even more blessed.
Mathew 16:19 “And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” God says that “whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” Without losing something we cannot gain something from the Lord. We must surrender our lives completely into God’s hands and live our lives according to His will and plan. Let us not put ourselves in a situation where God will tell us “I don’t know you!” We may then cry “Lord… Lord… Lord,” but the door will be closed for us and God will say “I don’t know you!”
Our lives will never be easy; it will get tougher and tougher, but we must never give up our fight for the Lord, for in the end the victory is God’s alone. We must ensure that all the bad blood from our body flows out and the Word of God wound and purify us. After hearing the Word and receiving correction, our lives must be changed and redeemed by the Lord. Our God will never forsake us, it is we who forsake Him. We must always be prepared to be obedient to the Lord. God has given us love, happiness, joy and peace in our lives. Hence Jesus said “whoever wants to follow me, carry the Cross and follow me.”
God the Father gave us the mightiest name to call upon on this earth; It is the name of Jesus and it is by this name we have all been saved and have victory in our life.
May this Word be a blessing for all who read this message.

Praise the Lord!
As the new year sets in its going to be another year filled with more stories, fun filled activities and learning. We began the first Sunday with general class.
As the Sunday school family has abounded and been blessed, we have divided the Sunday school learning into senior and junior class. While the junior kids were taught about small stories of Zacchaeus, Daniel and Jonah. The senior kids were taught about the Christian walk which begins with a step of faith and continues in the daily, practical walk of faith.
Kids also learnt a new song which helps them recite the books of the bible. Which in turn will help them to know the books of the bible in a better way. As we progress in teaching our little ones of the way and works of Lord. Do continue to uphold our little ones in your prayers.
