I greet you all in the precious name of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Isaiah 33:24 “And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.” The inhabitant shall not say ‘I am sick,’ means that the people’s sins are forgiven. If you understand this revelation you will believe you are surely healed from your sickness. Iniquity and sickness are joined together. If you have received your forgiveness you will be healed, for today your iniquity is not with you.
When Moses lifted up the brass serpent and put it on a pole. Numbers 21:9 “And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.” When we look to the Cross of Calvary, Jesus Christ heals you. When those bitten by the snakes in the desert looked up to the brass serpent, the poison left their bodies. Similarly, when we look to the Cross of Calvary, we are healed by HIS stripes. Isaiah 53:5 “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”
Man cannot do anything. In the Old Testament, we were sold into sin at no price. Isaiah 52:3 “For thus saith the LORD, Ye have sold yourselves for nought; and ye shall be redeemed without money.” The sin that came upon mankind through Adam’s death has been redeemed by Jesus’s death in the new testament. Man can do nothing, but God can do everything. Because Jesus accomplished all things on the Cross, we have received Eternal Life.
You don’t have to run here and there, because we learn in the Old Testament that all these (true believers) have obtained a good testimony through faith. Hebrews 11:39-40 “And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise. God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.” Jesus said ‘do not pride in keeping the commandments for no one has kept the commandments;’ no one means not even one person. Because of this, Jesus completed what God can do, which man cannot do.
In Genesis 3rd chapter, only God knows that man cannot ‘do’ – i.e. save himself. Then why has God not come for 4000 years? Because He wanted us to know that we can do nothing.
The Bible says in Deuteronomy 8:2 “And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.” The wilderness life is one of keeping the commandments. Before you came into the wilderness, God knew about you. Still you thought ‘I am perfect, I can do.’ To prove that this thinking is wrong, the Lord brought us through the wilderness. We do not need to do anything as Jesus has already done everything and to trust in Him we need to have faith and hence we are in peace.
So today let’s understand God’s will and believe and trust in Him, in faith.
May the good Lord bless you and keep you till we meet again.
Yours in the service of our Lord Jesus

Praise the Lord. I wish to testify about my auto rickshaw. I had to do the passing of my auto at the RTO but my auto had many complaints about the meter and brakes and hence I was very worried. I spoke about this to Pastor Saroja and she told me to go ahead with the inspection and assured me of her prayers. I went for the same to the R.T.O and by God’s grace the inspector found everything alright and the brakes also worked smoothly and there were no complaints. I praise and thank God for this miracle. I also thank Pastor Saroja for her advice and prayers.

Praise the Lord. I had severe problem while passing urine because of which I had to undergo surgery but after the surgery, I had no control while passing urine and I had to resort to using diapers. I told Pastor Saroja about this and requested for prayers. By God’s grace, after prayers my urine trouble stopped. I am completely healed now. I thank and praise God for my healing and I also thank Pastor Saroja for her prayers and advice.

Praise the Lord. I had given my regular tailor some costumes to be stitched for our ROS Church Christmas Program. Unfortunately, around this time BMC demolished her shop in accordance to the government’s road widening program and she faced a lot of difficulties along with a court case for the same. Though her shop was her own since many years, due to inadequate papers she had to vacate it till she won the temporary case put on her shop. I requested Pastor Saroja to keep this matter in her prayers, and within a few weeks the tailor got victory in the temporary court case on her and she was able to open her shop once again. This was only the Lord’s doing that she was able to complete all the stitching work for the Christmas programs beautifully – and that too, well before time. I give all glory and praise to my dear Lord Jesus for this wonderful work and I also thank Pastor Saroja for her fervent prayers.

Praise the Lord. This is the first time I am testifying, even though I have been calling the ROS church Prayer helpline since many months and I have got answers for many of my prayer requests. Since I failed to testify in earlier cases, other and new problems would come up. After advice from the prayer warrior I have decided to testify about all the great works Lord Jesus has done in my life:
● I had a case with BSES Delhi in which I got victory.
● My finances were very poor to the end that finally I was to mortgage my house, but after prayers I started earning money.
● My son was in jail but within a week after prayers he was set free.
● My daughter was sick and she got healed.
● My children had gone for a wedding and did not come back for two days and their phones were also switched off. I asked for prayers and immediately within fifteen minutes they came back home.
All this is truly God’s miracle in my life. I thank Lord Jesus for answering prayers. I thank the prayer warriors who prayed for my issues and also all the team of ROS church.

Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” We can do everything only by God’s strength; nothing with our wisdom and knowledge, but by God’s strength alone. To live our life each day with God, we only need His strength and energy. When God’s love is within us, He does not allow us to be lazy, but energizes us with His strength. In the olden times, the prophets were energized by the strength they received from above. They were weak, they could not fight any battle without the Lord. Hebrews 11:34 “Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.” The devil will always bring weakness in our bodies and mind, so that we become lazy to serve the Lord, but our God’s grace alone is enough to give us strength. David was always entwined with the Lord, thus He says in Psalm 18:1 “I will love thee, O LORD, my strength.” David’s strength came from the Lord alone for he loved the Lord and depended upon Him. When David faced Goliath, he was a young boy. But Goliath was a giant and a valiant man and had come prepared with a sword, spear and shield to fight the Israelites. David was not a man of strength. He did not have any fighting gear; he had only God’s strength with him and he faced Goliath only in the name of the Lord God. 1 Samuel 17:45 “Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.” It is not by might nor by power, but only by the strength of God that David faced Goliath. In our lives too, we need the strength of God. Many a times we get tired and weary, just as Prophet Elijah was tired and he gave up, saying that he could fight no more as he had sorrow in his heart. So what are you and me? We are mere human beings, we get tired running daily chores looking after the house, children and family, going to work and rushing back to complete family commitments. In the service of the Lord God too, we get tired sometimes. To overcome all our fatigue and tiredness, we need God’s strength to strengthen us.
Psalm 18:1 “I will love thee, O LORD, my strength.” When we love God, He gives us victory in small things and big things. Psalm 21:13 “Be thou exalted, LORD, in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power.” When we sing and praise God’s power, we get strengthened. When we love the Lord God, we can praise and sing with vigour and strength. In the Holy Scriptures, we know how David danced till his clothes fell off his body as the power of God descended on him. Just as the song says ‘It’s bubbling… it’s bubbling… it’s bubbling in my soul,’ we should always have the desire to sing and praise God with great vigour and power. In the church, sadly some of us get irritated to see others singing praise and dancing, because God’s light within us has vanished. When we have God’s power within us, it will show through our clapping and praising and singing. We need God’s strength within us and that will be available only from God, not by any nutritious food that we eat. Psalm 28:7 “The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.” David says ‘I will keep singing and praising God.’ When we remember God’s love for us, our good health and blessings in our lives, only then can we praise and sing His glory. When we have a heart of gratitude and thankfulness within us, only then can we sing praises unto Him. When we trust in the Lord and He is our shield, we can continuously sing praise and worship and thank God. We cannot do this by our might or strength. When we use our energy for our Lord God, the louder we sing praises to HIM, the more we will be blessed and strengthened. When we think of saving our voices and not clapping our hands and singing and praising, then we are as dead corpses and it is not worth living.
God has given us a beautiful life, blessed us with a good family and made us worthy to call our Heavenly Father “Abba Father,” what else can we do for Him but praise and worship Him with might? Psalm 62:7 “In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.” We must always be entwined with the Lord, He will give us strength to do everything in life, and His grace will be upon us always. Psalm 138:3 “In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.” God has given us strength in our soul and it is when we don’t have His strength in our soul that we get tired to come to church or to praise and worship Him. But when we have His strength in our soul, we are always eager to come to church, sing praises for His glory and worship Him in His Holy temple, and we long to hear His Word. If we do not have strength in our soul, we will not have the joy of the Spirit, for the evil one has robbed that spiritual joy from our lives. But when the Spirit of joy is within us, we can sing ‘The Joy of the Lord is my strength.’ The joy our Lord God gives us, provides us with the strength to worship Him and have reverence for His Word.
Kings of olden times put their faith and trust in horses and weapons and they did not repose their faith in God. Hence they lost their battles and subsequently their thrones. But those who trusted in the Lord God, crossed the Red Sea successfully. The Israelites had nothing but their faith to fight Pharaoh’s army, and God strengthened them to cross the Red Sea. ‘The Joy of the Lord was their strength.’ The Red Sea before them and Pharaoh’s equipped army chasing them on horses and chariots… in this situation it was only the strength of God that rescued them to cross the Red Sea successfully while Pharaoh’s complete army was drowned in the Red Sea. When our faith is in God alone till the end of our lives, we will be blessed. We will give all glory to God alone. Exodus 15:1-4 “Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the LORD, for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea.The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father’s God, and I will exalt him.The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name. Pharaoh’s chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea: his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea.”
Exodus 15:1 “Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the LORD, for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea.” God drowned Pharaoh’s army in the Red Sea. Moses and the Israelites sang a song and praised and worshipped the Lord God for this triumph and victory over Pharaoh’s army. Even in our Holy Temple, we sing praises and worship God to glorify His Holy name. We should never be tired to sing, clap and praise His name. We should open our hearts and sing praises to Him. This will bring the Spirit of joy to our souls. Exodus 15:3-4 “The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name. Pharaoh’s chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea: his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea.” The valiant men of Pharaoh’s army were drowned in the Red Sea. We too must put our faith and trust in God alone; He is the God who will strengthen us – as He is a man of war… Exodus 15:3 “The Lord is a man of war.” Thus, today if we sing praises to our Lord God, tomorrow He will be prepared to face any war for our sake. David says in Psalm 84:5-6 “Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them. Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.”
Those who entwine with the Lord, their lives will be like springs of water. David, in every situation of his life was entwined with God. He shared all his fears, his sorrow and pain with the Lord. He was a shepherd boy and he remained with his flock in the jungle, encountering wild bear and lion. Since God was with him, David was strengthened to fight against all and be victorious in the Lord. Jesus too was always entwined with His Father God, He derived His strength from His Father, even in the Garden of Gethsemane when it was time to drink the cup. For the last time Jesus prayed “If it is your will, take this cup from me.” Even today in our loneliness we must go to our Lord God; for He alone will strengthen us with His Word. We will be strengthened to the core; no man can give us this strength but God.
Numbers 11:14-17 “I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me. And if thou deal thus with me, kill me, I pray thee, out of hand, if I have found favour in thy sight; and let me not see my wretchedness. And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee. And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.” What is the meaning of an Elder and how must an Elder behave? In our church too, it is important for us to behave in fear of the Lord God. Elders must support the Pastor in the church, they must help in the betterment of the church and not create disturbance and be over-confident people. No one is above anyone in the Holy Temple, we are all equals in the church. We must always be diligent in the church and not create any disturbance to the Pastor in any way. We must always be cautious of the works of the evil spirit. Like Daniel and his friends – Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who did not bow down to the golden statue of the King, but rather were firm in their faith for the Lord, Elders must always be diligent and in fear of God, just as I was in fear of God always, especially in this Holy temple. The Lord God who searches the world for His elect, whose eyes and ears keep roaming on this earth, saw my fear for Him and chose me. We must always be obedient to our Lord God and diligent and disciplined in this Holy Temple. David never thought he could do anything on his own, he always depended upon the Lord God for any step that he needed to take forward. Even as I stand in God’s presence, it is only by His Grace and Mercy that I stand. Jesus said in Mathew 4:4 “But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” We should never miss a single Word spoken by God, for it is spoken by Him and we must always be diligent to God’s Word in this temple for any Word can transform our lives; we can get deliverance, we can get our healing, we can be healed from our sorrow and pain… hence every Word of God is precious for us. Peter was preaching the Word, and it was whilst he was preaching that the Spirit of God filled the place, thus we do not know which word can transform our lives. We do not know which word can be a blessing in our lives.
2 Corinthians 10:4 “(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;).” The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but are mighty for pulling down of strongholds. Hence we must remember that in our lives our victory may only be obtained by God’s strength.
Let this Word be a blessing to all who read it.

Greetings to all our dear readers in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
In this month’s edition we would like to introduce our new resident, Mrs Matilda George Serrao who recently joined our home. She is 85 years old and was brought by her son to our home.
Granny Matilda is suffering from Parkinson’s disease in which while walking, she stands at the same place for some time and then after a while she starts walking with or without support. Her appetite is little low but with some cajoling she will try to finish the food served to her.
We pray that our Good Lord will heal her from her sickness and keep her and everyone in the ashram with good health.
Praise the Lord! As our kids continue enjoying their vacation, they have learned to recite few chapters from the book of Psalms.
The little kids have learnt about the parable of the sower, the life of Jonah, and continue to further learn from the parables of the bible.
From the book of Genesis, the senior kids learnt about the life of Noah and Abraham and how these great men of God heeded to the voice of God without any hesitation whatsoever.
Noah, in faith, prepared an ark just as he was instructed by the Lord without any doubts and was promised the sign of the rainbow. Even today when we see the rainbow it reminds us of God’s promise made to Noah.
The kids also learnt as to how Abraham walked away from his family as instructed by the Lord and was subsequently called the Father of many nations. Thus the kids learnt as to how important it is to obey the Lord and see what blessings come their way thereafter.
Do continue to uplift the little ones in your prayers as they continue to grow in the love of the Lord.
Praise the Lord. I am Sis. Husnara from Varanasi. Since 15 years I was suffering from a severe evil problem which had made my life and the lives of my family members miserable. I had gone to many places, and many Pastors also prayed for me for deliverance from my evil problem but I failed to receive deliverance.
On 24 April 2019, I came for a prayer meeting which was arranged for Pastor Saroja in Varanasi and met her there for the first time. After the meeting during the rally when Pastor Saroja prayed, many people received healing and along with them, so did I. The evil spirit within me started speaking many hidden things which my family was not aware of. Finally after prayers from Pastor Saroja, the evil spirit left me and I received healing and am free from this evil problem after that till today by God’s grace. I believe the Lord Jesus brought Pastor Saroja to Varanasi only to heal and give me deliverance.
I praise and thank Jesus from the bottom of heart that now I can live a normal life. I thank Pastor Saroja for her faithful prayers because of which many people like me are healed.
Praise the Lord. Thank You Jesus.
