Praise the Lord, dear brothers and sisters in Christ! At the outset, let us be thankful and grateful to our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, that He has blessed us with another year in our lives, and we pray that His blessings will remain with us throughout the new year!
Isaiah 45:22 “Look to Me, and be saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.” Jesus very clearly time and again quotes in the Bible, ‘It is only through Me that you will be delivered; it is only through Me that you will be redeemed; it is only through Me that you will receive the kingdom of God.’ Hence, it is 100% sure that Jesus alone is the way. Without Him, we can do nothing, nor can we reach the mansions in the heavenly kingdom. But to receive and see the works God does in our lives, we must have faith, and our spiritual eyes have to be wide open. As David says in Psalm 121:1 “I will lift up my eyes to the hills—From whence comes my help.” Likewise, our eyes and faith must be upon God, only then can our lives become a testimony in this world.
Psalm 126:5-6 “Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy. He who continually goes forth weeping, bearing seed for sowing, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.” When we work hard for a month, we get paid at the end of the month. After a year of study, when we write our exams, we get our results. Likewise, without trials, we cannot get victory in the challenges we face. We pursue material things in life that do not remain with us forever, while we tend to ignore the most important things beneficial to our spiritual growth. For us, to reap in joy we have to sow in faith. We must constantly be focused upon the Lord. When we seek God, He will add everything into our lives – wealth, prosperity, health, etc.
Isaiah 65:24 “It shall come to pass that before they call, I will answer; And while they are still speaking, I will hear.” When our sight and our faith stay on God, He will answer even before we call out to Him and everything will be given to us, even before we ask. Also, no evil can come near us because we are the apple of His eye, as given in Zechariah 2:8 “For thus says the Lord of hosts: “He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye.”
Hence dear readers, let us always strive to be the apple of the Lord’s eye so that we are always safe, and no enemy can ever dream of touching us.
Till we meet again,
Pastor Saroja M
Praise the Lord! For the past six months, I was facing a urinary tract issue. I went to many doctors and did several tests, but the pain persisted, and it even turned worse. Day by day the pain increased, more so when I would travel on sunny days. I told this matter to Pastor Saroja. She advised me to follow certain things, which I am still following, and by God’s grace, I have great relief from my pain.
I can now travel from place to place without any pain. I received no relief from medicines, but I received comfort through Pastor Saroja’s advice and prayers. I give all glory and honour to Lord Jesus who healed me, and I thank Him a million times over. I also thank Pastor Saroja for her fervent prayers for me.

Praise the Lord. At midnight, I ate some food and went to sleep after a few hours. When I woke up in the morning, I started experiencing heaviness in my stomach and loose motions. For two days I had constant loose motions, and my body became very weak. I had a fever and body ache. I took medicines and drank juices, yet my loose motions wouldn’t stop. That’s when I realised, I had forgotten the Lord, and instead, tried various other means of healing which were of no use. That night I prayed and asked for forgiveness from my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I drank some prayer oil in water and even applied the same on my stomach before sleeping. Miraculously, the very next day my stomach pain and heaviness disappeared. I had normal motions and even started feeling much healthier than before. I thank my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for healing me, and I also thank Pastor Saroja for always keeping me and my family in her prayers. Thank You, Jesus.

Praise the Lord. My name is Chunky Kumar Gohil, and I reside in Gujarat. I had once met with an accident in 2011, and that was the first time I met Pastor Saroja. I attended every Sunday Prayer Service in Gujarat at that time. Even though the doctor had told me not to travel, by Pastor Saroja’s prayers, I became alright. Subsequently, I got a job in Doha Qatar, and Lord Jesus blessed me a lot. I had everything I could even imagine. But, when I returned from Qatar, I began straying away from the Lord, forgetting that the Lord had blessed me with everything I had. I bought a new flat and indulged in idol worship. I also started drinking and would have several fights at home. I couldn’t understand what was going on in my life. Then I got a job offer from Kazakhstan, but the company sent me back to India within eight months. Subsequently, I went to Uzbekistan in search of a job. There, with other men, I started going to dance bars.
In Navoi city, I met a servant of the Lord, who advised me to leave all my sinful ways behind me, read the Bible, and attend Church. I did not pay heed to any of this. After I returned to India the Covid-19 lockdown happened, and I did not have a job. I did not have money to pay the bank instalments for my home loan, and I was drowning in debt. Since I was unable to pay my EMIs, my home could now get sealed at any time. I did not know what to do. I contacted Pastor Saroja and started attending the Sunday Prayer Service in Mumbai. I started regularly praying at home too, with my mother. The Lord Jesus had mercy on me. My sister came forward to help me in clearing my bank loans. I remembered my Lord’s promise, that He would keep our dwelling secure – and He kept His word. Even though I strayed away, my dear Lord Jesus always remained faithful to me. Today I am away from the addiction to drinking, and all my loans are cleared. I got a job in Saudi Arabia. I thank my dear Lord Jesus for all His great works in my life, for saving me and keeping me from all bad things. I sincerely thank Pastor Saroja for her fervent prayers for me.

Praise the Lord. Last year I went to the hospital regarding my sudden weight gain problem, and they suggested me some tests. Although the relevant test results were negative, the Doctor suspected I was suffering from Coeliac disease.
I wasn’t convinced, so I requested them to test me again. The second time, the tests came positive, and they told me to go for an endoscopy biopsy. I called Pastor Saroja and requested her to pray for me. A few months later I went through the tests, and I can proudly say that by Jesus’ stripes alone I am healed, as my tests came negative, and I do not have any disease anymore. I am so grateful to my Almighty Lord Jesus for healing me.
Thank You Jesus and God bless you dear Pastor for your ceaseless prayers always.

Praise the Lord! My husband Satish Jacob was having fever, body ache, and weakness, such that he was unable to stand.I called the Rose of Sharon Prayer Helpline and requested prayer for Satish.
After prayers were made for him, his fever departed, and he was completely healed. The next day, he could resume back to his work. I thank and praise our Lord Almighty for this miracle. I also thank Rose of Sharon Church for the prayer support.

There was once, a wicked man, who would do bad things every day. He would lie, cheat, steal, and even hurt others if he wanted to. Everyone in that town feared and hated him.
One day, a Pastor happened to visit the town and heard about him. The Pastor decided to meet the man. He told the man about JESUS and how Jesus loves the man, though he has done bad things.
The wicked man was touched by the words of God and the stories about JESUS. He thought to himself, ‘How is that possible?’ He listened to the Priest and said, “I have done bad things, and have sinned greatly. Is it possible that even one such as I, is still loved by God?”
“He despises the sin, not the sinner. You, he loves very much,” said the Pastor warmly. The man decided to repent, and asked how he may be God’s disciple. From then on, he followed the Pastor to know more about JESUS and the wonderful things HE does.
A few years later, the man came back to his hometown. He was hoping to apologize to all the people he had wronged in the past. However, the people of the city did not welcome him. He tried to convince them that he was a different man now, that he had repented, and was now following the footsteps of JESUS. He asked them for forgiveness. But the townspeople hated him so much they refused to forgive him, no matter what he said. They kicked the man out of the town, disregarding his earnest intention to make amends.
Saddened and heartbroken, the man left the town. “Have I not changed my ways? I thought if JESUS forgave me, they would too,” said the man with great sorrow.
The Pastor replied softly, “when you repented, God forgave your sins, and He no longer remembers them. But that does not mean that the pain you caused others by doing what you did, would disappear from their hearts. These are the consequences that you might still have to shoulder, as a result of your wrongdoings from the past. People need time to forgive, and even though you are a new man now, the pain you caused them might remain.”
The Pastor continued, “Besides repentance, you also have the responsibility of fixing the things you broke, for as many people as you can. Be strong and do not lose your sincerity, even if the people ultimately choose not to forgive you. By deciding to repent and change your ways, you have won one of your battles. To forgive and let go of the pain is a battle that others need to win too.”
Colossians 3:13 “Bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.”
Isaiah 53:2 “For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him” Isaiah was a great Prophet, and he saw the Lord God in visions, twice with his spiritual eyes. The first time when Isaiah saw Him, God was seated on the highest throne. Isaiah 6:1 “In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the LORD sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.” Isaiah saw the Lord seated in glory. Revelation 4:3 “And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.” Isaiah saw a rainbow-like crown around God’s throne, and God was sitting in the midst of this glorious light.
We also read about God’s beauty in Song of Solomon 5:10-11 “My beloved is white and ruddy, the chiefest among ten thousand. His head is as the most fine gold, his locks are bushy, and black as a raven.” In his first vision, Isaiah had seen the most high and glorious God in a beautiful form. When he saw the second vision, The Lord was on the Cross, His head adorned with a crown of thorns. No one could bear to see this sight of God, and there was no beauty or comeliness left in Him. Isaiah could not get over the first vision of God, where a rainbow-like light surrounded God on His highest throne, where His jet-black hair was like the raven, and where His white flowing robe was like a train covering the entire temple. However, when Isaiah saw the vision of God for the second time, it was unbearable to see Lord Jesus crowned with thorns, beaten and bled to death, spat at, and put to shame on the Cross of Calvary. Those who had seen Him were shocked to see Jesus’ face marred beyond recognition, as there was no beauty or comeliness left in Him. Isaiah 52:14“As many were astonished at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men.”
Why did our God give His life on the Cross of Calvary in such a manner? It was so that we may live a bountiful life, a life of beauty in this world with peace around us. For our sake, God sacrificed His beauty, while on this earth.
2 Corinthians 5:21 “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” Our God, who never sinned, lied, or robbed in this world, who delivered us from our sins and took away all our sorrow and pain, was crucified on the Cross for us. Psalm 119:25 “My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.” God crucified Himself on the Cross because He wanted to live within us, vessels of clay.
Psalm 85:6 “Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?” To give us life eternal and make our lives abundant, our God sacrificed His life on the Cross, His body marred in a manner that none would recognize Him.
1 Peter 2:24 “Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.” Reigning in such beauty and sitting on the highest throne, God was converted on the Cross of Calvary to an ugliness not worth looking at, just for you and me! He took away our shame on that Cross and gave His precious life for all of us dead in sin; to bring to light those in darkness, and to heal the sick and broken-hearted. Our God was bruised brutally and lost His beauty on the Cross for our sake. Because of Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the Cross, we have hope today. If we are living a sinful life, we have hope to be delivered from our sins by His precious blood. Those who are ill may expect their healing by His stripes. In whichever way we or our bodies are dead, we can revive once again by Jesus’ blood and body that He sacrificed on the Cross.
John 11:25 -26 “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?” When we believe that our God died for us and rose again on the third day, we will be delivered from all our sickness and sin, and we will be blessed with life everlasting. However deep our sins or illness today, our God’s hands are not shortened that He cannot touch and heal us. We must only believe and have faith. Our God who died and rose again for our sakes, what does He do even today? He is interceding for us with God, His Father.
Our God has not left us saying, ‘My battle in this world is over, I sacrificed my life on the Cross for you all, now fend for yourselves.’ No, our God is still interceding for us with His Father. Romans 8:34 “Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.” How wonderful is our God! A God who has chosen us to be in His team, Jesus has separated us from all the sins of this world by giving His life for us and showing us the path of truth and righteousness in this world. He does not forsake us, and even today, our every burden is His own – for Jesus sits on the right side of His Father, supporting us with His prayers.
When the devil stands before God and shows Him our faults, lies, robbery, and our various sins, the Lord Jesus Christ supports and intercedes with our Father God, for us. This is our beautiful and wonderful God who does not forsake us, even though we have angered Him many a time. With His great love, He gathers us and intercedes for us with His Father, for He is alive even today!
Hebrews 7:25 “Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.” Our God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He is a living God, and He supports and intercedes for us with His Father, even today. He will never leave us nor forsake us, even if He is angry with us. Our God is a forgiving God, and He lives even today. Despite all the shame He bore on the Cross of Calvary for you and me, He never forsook us. When we are troubled, or in sorrow and pain, our God experiences pain and sorrow for our sake. He will never let any work of the devil weaken us; instead, He continuously intercedes with His Father about our pain, our sorrows, our failures, and our shortcomings. It is He who says, ‘My children, fear not.’ He says in Revelation 1:17-18 “And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last. I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.” Because our God is a risen God, no evil work can frighten or fear us. God’s name alone, will give us victory from all fears of life.
God says ‘Fear not. I was dead, but I have risen and will be with you always. Judgement is given into My hands, and I have the keys of Hades and Heaven.’ So let us put our faith in God alone. Though the enemy frightens us and attempts to bring hurdles into our lives, let us not fear for our God will deliver us from all obstacles. Hebrews 2:14-15 “Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil. And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”
Why did God come into this world, suffer for us, be crucified on the Cross of Calvary, and lose all His beauty on the Cross, such that He could not be looked at? It was because He desired to deliver us from every fear of the devil. Our God never judges us by looking at us externally. Instead, He looks within our hearts.
Our lives must not be superficial, for our lives are temporary. God’s doings for us must be inscribed in our hearts, then our lives will be permanent. God’s love must dwell in our family. We must not feel we have vaguely heard of God’s doings somewhere. Instead, when God’s presence is in our blood, we will have a firsthand experience of everything in our lives. Remember, our God is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. He has given His life for you and for me, and in the process, He became unworthy to be looked at. This ugliness, He took upon Himself so that you and I may become beautiful in this world. Hence, in our hearts, we must always let our Lord God rule over us.
We know of the story in the Holy Scriptures where the Lord sends Samuel to Bethlehem to search for a new King for Israel from the house of Jesse. He did not specify to Samuel which son of Jesse was to be anointed. Samuel happily went to Bethlehem to anoint the future King of Israel. When he went to the house of Jesse and saw the eldest son, he felt that this would be the one chosen by God, for he was strapping and handsome, hence, Samuel felt he would make a perfect ruler over Israel.
1 Samuel 16:6-8 “And it came to pass, when they were come, that he looked on Eliab, and said, Surely the LORD’s anointed is before him. But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart. Then Jesse called Abinadab, and made him pass before Samuel. And he said, Neither hath the LORD chosen this.” When Samuel met Jesse’s eldest son, he came to realise that God had not chosen this handsome and strapping son. Remember that Lord looks at our hearts and not our outward appearance when He chooses us to do His work. God knows those who love Him, thirst for Him, and have the truth within. Those who have the wisdom, knowledge, endurance, and strength to believe in Him, them will the Lord God choose to do His work.
In 2 Kings 9, we see how the people fulfill every Word of God. Even today, God chooses those who diligently seek Him and love Him. What we feel for God must not be just ‘lip service,’ but it should come from within our hearts. When it is in our heart, we can live for God and we can bear His Cross every day in our lives, for, as commanded by God, we have to carry His Cross each day of our lives. ‘It is not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord. If the risen God is in us, we can boldly say as in Psalm 23:4 “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.” To keep us away from all fears, God gave His life on the Cross. If we keep our God within us, we can also say with assurance, even as David did in Psalm 23:1-6 “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.”
The Lord chose David as the ruler over Israel as He recognized David’s love for Him. While Samuel was impressed by Jesse’s eldest son’s personality and looks, the Lord recognised the value of the shepherd boy David, for He knew his heart. God knew David’s faith and trust in Him, and He stopped Samuel from pronouncing the final decision until David returned home. Hence David boldly says, ‘The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.’ With great love, David said this. He knew that when he was alone, God was his only companion. They would have constantly talked to each other, and God would have encouraged David always. In his sorrow and pain, only God was with Him. Hence God asked Samuel to wait till David returned, to make his final decision; and thereafter, Samuel anointed David as the King of Israel. God does not look at our outward appearance, nor does He consider our big talks and tall promises that we make for Him. Rather, God looks at our humbleness and purity of heart.
The Prophet Isaiah’s first vision that he saw spiritually was of our beautiful and glorious God on the highest throne, with a rainbow of light surrounding Him in His highest glory. The same God was battered on the Cross, lost all His beauty, had no comeliness, and no one could look at Him. He was crucified for our sins, so that we in turn could live a fearless life without fearing the devil, thus winning all our battles over evil. With His death on the Cross, Jesus gave us victory from all the works of the devil, hence we must never forget our Lord’s wondrous doings in our lives.
Job 19:25 “For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth.” Job’s life was miserable, and during his sufferings, no one was with him, for everyone had forsaken him. Yet he said, ‘Surely, in the end, my Lord will deliver me, and He will bring judgement on this earth.’ We see in the Bible that Job’s wife’s name is not mentioned, as she spoke against the Lord. Through his suffering, Job’s trust and love stayed only on God. Job 19:19-25 “All my inward friends abhorred me: and they whom I loved are turned against me. My bone cleaveth to my skin and to my flesh, and I am escaped with the skin of my teeth. Have pity upon me, have pity upon me, O ye my friends; for the hand of God hath touched me. Why do ye persecute me as God, and are not satisfied with my flesh? Oh that my words were now written! oh that they were printed in a book! That they were graven with an iron pen and lead in the rock for ever! For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth.” If we too have faith like Job, even if it were as small as a mustard seed, it would be sufficient to conquer the world. But, in times of trouble, we forget God’s love, and we forget that when we cry out, He will hear our plea and cry and come to our rescue. We forsake God in the time of our trouble. Yet, here we see Job, through all his sufferings, saying, ‘I know my God will judge upon this earth at the end, and He will deliver me out of all my pain and sorrow.’
When we have the confidence that our God neither slumbers nor sleeps, when we believe that His sacrifice on the Cross was for our own sake, we will never be shaken in any circumstances of our lives. He is a God who will always deliver us from all our sorrow and pain. Our every victory comes from the Lord. Isaiah 50:4 “The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.” What does our God do? He teaches us in a way that we can understand His love for us. If we teach a 1st standard student an 8th standard lesson, will he understand it? No, he will not even listen to us. Similarly, our God teaches us as per our situation and requirement in our lives. His grace and mercy are new every morning in our lives. No two days of our lives will ever be the same. His love is different for us in different situations. He talks to us differently as per our needs.
Today He may shower His love on us, while tomorrow the situation may be such that He corrects us as He may be angry and upset with us. This is His way of loving us, hence we must be able to accept our God’s love according to the situation.
God spoke to Moses and told him to come to the top of mount Sinai early in the morning where He would speak to him. Exodus 34:2 “And be ready in the morning, and come up in the morning unto mount Sinai, and present thyself there to me in the top of the mount.” Those who love the Lord can stand before Him in any situation. Moses was in Pharaoh’s palace for forty years. He was brought up as Pharaoh’s daughter’s son. Yet, the day he came to know that He is a Hebrew and not an Egyptian, he forsook all the luxuries of Pharaoh’s palace and joined his brethren, the Israelites, in their sufferings and bondage. Who taught Moses these things? When God touches our lives and chooses us, He teaches us everything. It is God who chooses us, and not we ourselves. God reminded Moses of all the Israelites’ sufferings and encouraged him to become their leader to deliver them out of their bondage.
God makes us worthy to stand before Him when we are righteous in all that we do. James 4:8 “Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.” Moses only thought of delivering His people out of bondage. Psalm 36:9 “For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.” The fountain of life is in the hands of the living God, and this Moses realised very well, hence God blessed Moses.
James 4:7 “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” For the devil to flee from us, we must submit to God’s Word and surrender ourselves to God’s hands. It is only by the blood and name of Jesus that we obtain deliverance from the devil. When Jesus fasted forty days and nights, it was Satan who confronted Him immediately thereafter. But, as Jesus was equipped and stronger than before, to face the challenges of the devil, He defeated him. Thereafter, the Angel of God appeared unto Jesus and served and worshipped Him. How much more we must surrender our lives into God’s hands to obtain victory from the devil! James 4:7 “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” Whose love should be in our hearts and homes? The One who gave His life for us on the Cross of Calvary, Him we must always remember and honour, for His sacrifice.
Mark 16:17 “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues.” Those who believe in every word and promise of God will be able to flee the works of the devil. We cannot become true believers in a day, for it is a process of several years of a growing relationship with God. We must stay rooted in God’s faith and love, for when we are rooted in God, the devil will see this bonding and flee away from us. Just as our God is watching over us, so also the devil watches over us. The devil will flee from us in fear when he sees the truth and love for God within us. Jesus Christ says that the sign of a true believer is when the devil flees from him, after seeing the believer’s heart and love for God. Psalm 91:13 “Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.”
We can gain victory over the lions and fire in our lives… we have read in the Scriptures how people’s faith has saved them from the wrath of the lions and the fiery fire. These are people who have said ‘Whether our God rescues and saves us or not, yet we will continue to worship only our Living God. Our love for God will never change.’ When God is with us, He will give us victory from all these things. Luke 10:19 “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” God has given us the authority to trample over snakes and scorpions, and emerge victorious from all the works of the devil.
Isaiah’s second spiritual vision of Jesus Christ hanging on the Cross of Calvary, with no beauty or comeliness remaining in Him, was to give us this authority. Jesus sacrificed His life so that we will be able to fight every evil, obtain victory over the lions and the fiery fire, and trample the serpent and scorpions.
Our God who has risen and is alive today, lives forever in our hearts. Our Lord Jesus suffered and endured six hours on the Cross for you and me, and we must never forget His sufferings on the Cross. He dwells with those who believe in this truth, and who remain strong in His love.
Even today, our Lord Jesus sits on the right side of our Father God, interceding for you and me, supporting us, praying for us, and advocating for us with His Father. When we close our eyes, it does not mean God closes His eyes too, for our God neither slumbers nor sleeps; but is watching over our every good and evil work in this world.
We must separate ourselves from darkness, sin, and any evil work, and live our lives in truth, for the fountain of living water is with our living God. Jesus says, ‘My Father has given me the keys to Hades and Heaven,’ hence let us worship our living God in truth and love.
May this message bless our lives!

Praise the Lord, dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ.
I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year Celebration, and I pray that the Lord’s grace and mercy will be with you all through this new year!
We observed Christmas with a lot of joy and happiness, as it is a celebration time, very much looked forward to by our residents at the Rose of Sharon Old Age Home. The fairy lights, decorations, and especially the fully decorated Christmas tree gave a very warm and happy vibe all around. This year too, the residents enjoyed a traditional Christmas Cake and biryani. The family members of some of the residents visited the home and there was a continuous flow of chatter and joy all around!
The residents are thankful to JESUS that He has blessed them with one more wonderful year in their lives!
Do continue to pray for our residents, that the Lord’s merciful mighty hand continues to be on our Home and residents.
Pastor Saroja M
Praise the Lord to my dear brothers and sisters. Wishing you all a very Happy and Prosperous New Year.
To celebrate His earthly Birthday, the Lord has given us such a blessed day. Every year the Lord is blessing us abundantly and in different ways. The Christmas celebration that we partake in, is always better than the previous year, with complete Joy and Happiness.
The celebration started with a short prayer by our dear Pastor Saroja, followed by breathtaking performances by our Sunday School children. Many of the children were performing for the first time, and by the grace of God, through their recitals and acts, they all gave glory to Him. The children came together in groups and gave wonderful performances. Also, all age groups gave glory to God through their dances in solo and group performances.
Santa too visited us at the Rose of Sharon Church, where kids enjoyed the goodies brought by him. The night was filled with laughter, joy, and smiles on everyone’s faces. We thank God for allowing every one of us the opportunity to do something for our Lord. It was purely His grace to be able to celebrate this day in this successful fashion.
Do continue to lift our little ones in your prayer so that they never forget the love of Jesus Christ while continuing to abide in Him.
